Dear ALLIANCE Families,

Congratulations and welcome to the 2026–2027 ALLIANCE Team!

Earning a spot on this team is a tremendous accomplishment. Selection to ALLIANCE is not automatic — it is earned. Your player stood out through skill, effort, coachability, and heart. We saw dedication throughout tryouts, and we are proud to offer your family a place in one of the most competitive and respected programs in our region.

Being selected means we believe your player is ready to compete at a higher level, train with greater intensity, and represent Region 76 with pride. ALLIANCE is not just another team — it is a commitment to growth, discipline, teamwork, and excellence.

With this opportunity comes responsibility. ALLIANCE is a competitive program and requires full commitment from both players and families.

Family Commitment

Every ALLIANCE family plays an important role in the success of the team. Volunteer service is required throughout the season and will be coordinated within your team. This is separate from Sportsmanship Cup obligations. ALLIANCE families are leaders within the region, and we expect your support not only for your own team but also for the Core program. Our success depends on families who are engaged, reliable, and invested.

Financial Commitment

Participation in the Region 76 ALLIANCE program requires:

  • Fall ALLIANCE program registration fee: $1,800 per player (pricing shown is for the Fall ALLIANCE program registration fee).
    • Payments may be made in three installments:
      • $600 due at time of acceptance and registration
      • $600 due 1 month after registration
      • $600 due 2 months after registration
  • If the team advances beyond playoffs and continues into Spring tournaments, an additional seasonal fee will apply. The amount will vary depending on age group and tournament selection.

These fees support tournament entries, uniforms, field costs, referees, uniforms, equipment, and the overall competitive experience.

Financial Assistance Available

Region 76 has financial aid available for families with demonstrated need. For more information, please visit our Financial Assistance Information Page.

Player and Parent Commitments

ALLIANCE must be your player’s first soccer priority.

Your child has been selected with the understanding that he or she will not participate in a Club program during the Fall ALLIANCE season. Both programs require significant time and dedication, and it is not realistic to meet the obligations of both. If a player joins a Club program after accepting an ALLIANCE position, they should expect to forfeit their place on the team.

By accepting an ALLIANCE roster spot, players and families agree:

  • Attendance and communication: Attend all practices, games, and tournaments on time and prepared. If illness, injury, or an emergency arises, notify the coach as early as possible.
  • Support the referee program: Parents must volunteer to referee at tournaments or serve in other team volunteer roles. Region 76 will provide certification training if needed.
  • Sportsmanship and conduct: Conduct yourselves with integrity at all times. You represent Region 76 at every game and tournament. Respect for referees, opponents, coaches, and tournament officials is mandatory. A parent’s behavior may directly impact a player’s standing on the team.
  • Respect coaching decisions: Follow all coaching decisions, including positions played, playing time within tournament guidelines, and tactical direction.
  • Regional authority: Comply with decisions made by the Regional Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Postseason Director, ALLIANCE Coordinator, and Regional Board.

Accountability

Commitment matters. Failure to meet the expectations above may result in consequences including reduced playing time, removal from tournament rosters, suspension, loss of future eligibility, restrictions on parent attendance, or other action deemed appropriate by the Commissioner.

These standards exist because ALLIANCE is a privilege. We are building competitive teams that demand focus, discipline, and unity.

This season will challenge your player — and help them grow. It will develop them technically and mentally, strengthen them as teammates, and require effort on training nights, resilience after tough losses, and humility in victory. It will also bring pride, development, friendships, and moments they will never forget.

We are excited about what lies ahead for the 2026–2027 season. More information regarding practices, schedules, and team events will be shared soon.

Thank you for your trust, your commitment, and your dedication to the program. Let’s make this season something special.

With pride and excitement,
Raymond Yashouafar
ALLIANCE Coordinator
