EXTRA Volunteer Obligations
The family of each Extra Player is required (collectively) to provide Volunteer time to Region 76.
Teams will be required to provide volunteers for the number of hours listed below by Division.

| 10U Teams | 20 Hours per Team |
| 11U and 12U Teams | 24 Hours per Team |
| 13U and 14U Teams | 28 Hours per Team |
| 15U and 16U Teams | 28 Hours per Team |
The primary way families will contribute for their volunteer obligations to their team is by Refereeing in Core or Extra games during the regular or playoff season. For families who are unable to referee, other limited volunteer options will be made available.
These volunteer obligations DO NOT include team obligations to the Sportsmanship Cup in December.
