Update Player REgistration Information
We understand that over time your family's situation and schedule may change and you may need to submit specific comments or requests to your Division Director or the Region on behalf of your registered player or change information you may have entered at the time of registration. Please follow the instructions below to submit comments or change registration information. Please be aware of any specific restrictions or deadlines for requests detailed on our page describing How We Form Teams.
Submitter Comments
- Log in to InLeague (ayso76.net).
- In the Navigation Panel on the left, please click on "Family Profile".
- Click on the green button "Update Registration" underneath or beside the name of the registered child for whom you would like to revise the registration information.
- Scroll down to the section titled "Registration Data" and find the field "Submitter Comments". Use this field to enter any important requests the Division Director or the Region should be aware of.
- Be sure to click the button "Save Record" at the bottom of the page to record your changes.
- No changes will be permitted after team formation has begun.
Personal Information
By following the steps above, you may also make any of the following changes to your registered player's profile as well:
- School
- Grade
- Medical History (conditions or allergies)
- Health Insurance Information
- Primary Care Physician
- Emergency Contact Information
