| 4 | QUESTION: Can I submit a
check? ANSWER: No, except by special arrangement with the registrar. Here is why we discourage payment by check. When you mail us a check, it has to be picked up from our PO Box, delivered to the registrar, who records the payment, then delivered to the treasurer, who makes out a deposit slip and deposits it with our bank. All this processing is much slower and prone to error than by MasterCard or Visa, where we are paid right away and does not involve so many people. |

| 5 | QUESTION: I think I registered
several times. What should I do? ANSWER: Don't worry, we screen all registrations and if a multiple registration has occurred we screen out the duplicates. If the registration was submitted by different people or at very different dates, this may take a little longer, but we will get there. We promptly refund excess multiple payments as soon as we become aware of them. |
