Check this page out from time to time for news from our program. We update it as often as we can, especially during the season. Contributions are welcome.

2006
Our final event of the year, the 10th Annual Sportsmanship, expertly run by Carla Derhy and Selo Imrohoroglu, with weather provided by heavenly non-intervention. We were featured this year in AYSO National's Tournament eNewsletter. Here are the winners and runners-up:

Congratulations to Netta Pelleg and Ariel Anson, winners of the Miriam Henderson Awards for 2005-6. A four-year member of the Beverly Hills High School Varsity team, Netta was co-captain in her final season and will be attending San Diego State; Ariel, who captained her team at LACES, is going to attend UC Irvine.
Our Boys Under 10 All Star team has had a great run - second
place in Area 1-P, runners up in the Section tournament and, as a
result, honorable participants in the Tri-section tournament on
March 26, the first Beverly Hills team to reach this stage since
1997. The team was honored at a meeting of the Beverly Hills
City Council on May 23, 2006. Click on the picture for a

2005
The winners of the first Miriam Henderson Awards for outstanding leadership and commitment to their team and to the community are Alison Litvak and Vivia Schimming.
Thanks to to all our Sportsmanship Cup volunteers and referees. We are working on referee refunds and will deal with these as soon as we can.

Ken Aston Camps
We are pleased to announce that this year's Ken Aston Referee Camps will feature two FIFA Referees as Principal Instructors: Sandra Hunt and Kari Seitz and will take place on July 22 -24 at Chapman University in Orange, California.
You can now take the Safe Haven (Level 1 Certification) online
If you’re looking to take the Safe Haven course, but there isn’t a class near you or it’s too hard to get to one, there’s an alternative. The online Safe Haven course, developed by Region 36 in San Mateo, CA, provides everything you need to receive Safe Haven certification. This course is officially recognized by AYSO.
