To pre-order T-shirts, long-sleeved T-shirts or hooded sweatshirts at 20% off, send an e-mail to Northwest Designs at event@nwdofca.com. You can also download and e-mail the attached form to Northwest Designs. NWD will contact you by phone for payment.

For each item:
- Type (T-shirt, long-sleeved T-shirt, hooded sweatshirt)
- Size (YS, YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, XL, XXL)
- Would you like to add the transfer on the back with the names of all the players in your team's division? If so, please indicate this and receive $1 off (normally $5 for the transfer). The transfer will be added when you pick up your t-shirt
