SCHEDULING FIELD MONITOR SHIFTS USING THE BEVERLY HILLS AYSO inLeague SYSTEM
The inLeague Login page can be found at www.ayso76.net. Or you may find this page by clicking on the Registered Users link in the top right hand corner of the region’s public site located at www.ayso76.org
Login to the inLeague system by entering your email address and password. Your email address will always be your username.
For scheduling Field Monitors, we use a scheduling page that is based on the region’s Referee Scheduling system. Therefore, some aspects of the field monitor scheduling process are similar to the referee system. In the meantime, the instructions below will help you navigate the system and signup for games.
Once you are logged into the inLeague System, select the SELF SCHEDULER option under the Referee Heading as in the figure below.

Next you will see the Self Scheduler screen. In the top left hand corner of the screen, select "Field Monitors" from the Competition drop down list if it does not default to the Field Monitor setting. The list of Field Monitor shifts will default to the upcoming weekend. If you wish to schedule yourself for a different weekend, select the date from the drop down box and click the “Change Date View” button. Or navigate week by week using the Next Week >> or << Previous Week links. If you only see the dates listed with no schedules, you may need to expand the date listing by clicking on the "plus" (+) sign just to the left of the date.

For the Field Monitor shifts, you will be signing up for the slots labeled FM1, FM2, etc. PLEASE BE AWARE the Field Monitor shifts overlap. For example, the 12:45 shift on a particular field may end at 2:30pm, even though another shifts starts at the same field at 2:15pm.
For each game assignment on the schedule, you will see one of the following:
a. The word “SIGN UP” inside an assignment box. This means that the assignment is open and you may request it by clicking on the SIGN UP button.
b. An assignment column with a person’s name followed andthe word “Confirmed” in parentheses. This means that the assignment is filled and you may not request it .
c. An assignment box with the word “PENDING”. This means that the assignment is not available because someone has already requested that assignment. You will not see the name of the person in a confirmed assignment until the scheduling administrator confirms the assignment.
Sign up for a Field Monitor Shift by clicking on the SIGN UP button for each assignment you want. Your requests will show up as “PENDING”, until the scheduling administrator confirms them, usually the same day during the week prior to the scheduled game. YOU MAY ASSUME THAT YOUR REQUESTS WILL BE CONFIRMED unless you hear otherwise.
After you have completed your assignments, be sure to ALLOCATE YOUR VOLUNTEER POINTS to the team of your choice. The team will not receive credit toward participation in the playoffs until you do.
Select the “Allocate Points” link under the Referee tab and you will see a screen like the one below. All your completed assignments will display and you will be able to assign each one to the team of your choice. To allocate a game select the desired team from the Team Credited list box and press the UPDATE TEAMS CREDITED button.
LASTLY, you will not be able to allocate points unless your eAYSO registratoin is current and you have completed SAFE HAVEN trainng. More information on registration and certification can be found on our Volunteer Registration Page.

As always, if you get stuck, email Jeff Wolfe at jwolfe@ayso76.org and we’ll help you out.
